The practice handles around a hundred files: tradespeople, shopkeepers, independent professionals and young companies, almost all with between zero and ten employees. That size is a choice. Beyond it, you stop knowing the files and start distributing them.
Claire Lavignac is registered with the Rhône-Alpes institute of chartered accountants and with the statutory auditors' body. Three colleagues work alongside her, each on her own portfolio: you have one contact, and it does not change mid-year.
The way of working comes down to two rules. Fees are agreed before anything starts, as an annual fixed price reviewed once a year, never as an hourly meter whose total nobody knows. And a question sent by email gets an answer within two working days, even when the answer is "let me check".
