Cabinet Lumen brings together three osteopaths D.O. in central Nantes, a step away from place Graslin. Clara Fontaine opened it in 2017; it now has three treatment rooms and a front desk that only takes calls in the morning, because the diary is online the rest of the time.
Clara Fontaine sees adults and handles pregnancy and post-partum follow-up. Malik Sadaoui comes from sport: preparation, recovery, injury follow-up, alongside the physiotherapists of the neighbourhood. Awa Diallo devotes her consultations to infants, children and teenagers.
A session lasts thirty to sixty minutes depending on the reason for the visit. It always opens with questions and tests, and a practitioner who judges that the problem is not one for osteopathy says so and refers you on. That is the practice rule and it has no exception.
Appointments are booked online, day or night, practitioner by practitioner: you see the slots the three diaries actually have free, confirmation arrives at once and a reminder goes out the day before. The two emergency morning slots open online at 6pm the previous day.
