Seats, simply
A seat follows the position, not the person.
A name changes, the seat stays.
One employee leaves, another arrives: it is the same seat. When someone leaves, their seat is released and the next person takes it. You do not pay for an extra seat because a name has changed.
Seats belong to the company, not to departments.
A company with 200 seats shares them out as it wishes, 10 here, 20 there, with no cap per department.
No department is blocked.
Nobody is stopped because a department has “reached its number”. Only the company total counts.

Enterprise is added to an organisation that already has its cards. It does not add seats or change their price: it adds the organisation structure and its management.

The details, if you want them
Do we need to have cards already?
Yes. Enterprise is added to an organisation that already has its cards. It does not add seats or change their price: it adds the organisation structure and its management.
How does a file import work?
The CSV file import is guided: you map the columns of your file, including each employee’s staff number. You can import the file again later to bring your employees up to date.
How do we track seats by department?
You see the company total and how it is spread across departments. The breakdown informs, it blocks nothing. All your organisations share the company’s seats.
What do the statistics show?
They can be read by organisation, by department or by team, and compared with the previous period. You can export them as CSV or produce a printable report. The log keeps the recent actions.
And on a phone?
Everything also works on a phone.
What is not available today
Enterprise single sign-on (SSO) is not available today, nor is automatic account creation from your directory (SCIM). A department cannot be given a reserved number of seats either. Enterprise has no public price: its amount is set by quote.
