How long is it free for?
What it costs
No end date. Not fourteen days, not three months: €0, and no bank card is ever asked of you, not at sign-up and not later. The other side of the deal is visible to the naked eye: the Bizleen brand stays displayed on your card, on its QR code and on the email signature it builds for you. Paying makes it go away, and that is all it changes.
Does my customer have to install an app?
How it works
Nothing to install, for them or for you. They point at the QR code with the camera already in their phone, your card opens on their side, they tap Add to contacts if they want to. The QR code opens your card, it does not save anything on its own: that is their move. iPhone and Android alike, with no account to create.
How long before my card exists?
How it works
The time it takes to type your name and choose your address. You add your photo, your number and your links whenever you want: nothing is blocked until everything is filled in. What takes time is not the card, it is the content that comes afterwards: detailing thirty or so services with their durations and prices takes an evening, sometimes three.
I already have a website. Do I have to close it?
What my page can do
Keep it. Your card is not a replacement site: it is what you hand to someone standing in front of you, and it links to your website like it links to the rest of your links. Whoever receives it reaches you in one second, without having to find your name in a search engine.
How much does it cost if I want more than the card?
What it costs
The card stays at €0. What you pay for is the page that sells under the card: the Presence plan, €50 a year, which you run yourself, and the Business plan, €200 a year, where we build and maintain the page for you. The amount displayed is the amount you pay, nothing is added at checkout (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
What it costs
Yearly, and that is the formula we put forward: 2 months are not billed. Brought back to a month, Presence comes to €4.17 and Business to €16.67, but the charge itself is yearly. When the monthly formula is open, it appears on the pricing grid, with its amount.
Can I try before paying?
What it costs
You already are. The free card is not a crippled demo with greyed-out buttons: it is the product. Create it, show it, have someone scan it. The day you need the page that sells underneath, you take a plan. If it is not useful to you, you step back down: nothing is deleted, your card and your content stay, and your page publishes what your plan allows.
What happens if I stop paying?
What it costs
You can cancel from your account, without writing or calling us, and cancelling deletes nothing. Your card stays online at the same address, your content stays saved, and your page publishes what your plan allows, no less, no more. If you take a plan again three days or six months later, everything lights back up without retyping anything. What changes is visible right away: the sections your plan no longer covers stop being displayed (your description and your directions stay), the Bizleen brand comes back, your domain name redirects to your bizleen.com address, and the reviews block leaves your page while your reviews stay on Google. Your already published languages stay online: you simply cannot add more. One single thing needs re-entering, and we would rather say it up front: your team members’ cards stay online but come loose from the team, and you need to reattach them if you step back up.
Can you build my page for me?
What it costs
Yes. You send us your information, we build your first card, you proofread. It is a one-time service, free until 31 October 2026, separate from the subscription, and nothing is added to your order on its own.
Is my card visible to everyone as soon as I create it?
How it works
Not until you decide so. When created, your card is a draft: nobody stumbles upon it, and its address answers like an address that does not exist. You have a private link to have someone close to you proofread it first. The day you tap Publish, it opens to everyone, and all it takes is a confirmed email address.
Can I edit my page without my customers seeing the work in progress?
How it works
Yes. You prepare your changes on your side, you review them as they will be displayed, and your live page does not move until you have published. It is the same screen that serves your public card: what you review is the real page, not a preview drawn for the occasion.
I do not have a company, just my name. Is that covered?
How it works
It is the first choice at sign-up, and it is not the fallback box for someone who hesitates. Your card carries your name, your face, your links and your number, and there is nothing else to fill in. A freelance performer, a musician, an independent consultant, or someone who is simply tired of dictating their email address letter by letter get exactly the same card as everyone else. It is not a reduced version, it is the whole card.
What do I do with the paper cards I already had printed?
How it works
Keep them, they do not expire and nothing forces you to throw them away. On the next print run, put your QR code on them: it is the only spot on the card that never becomes wrong. The day your number, your company or your photo changes, it is your page you correct, not your stock. And a QR code already printed can even be redirected to another page from your account, without reprinting a single sheet.
Do you sell physical contactless cards?
How it works
Not today, and we do not take orders for an object we do not deliver. Your QR code, on the other hand, prints right now on whatever you want: a paper card, a sticker on your shop window, the side of your vehicle, a table tent, a trade show badge. You get it as a print file, the one your printer expects.
How do people find me if I do not have my phone on me?
How it works
Through your address, bizleen.com/@your-name. You dictate it over the phone without spelling anything, you write it at the bottom of a quote, you paste it into your bio. It does not change when you change your number, your company or your photo: the card behind the address is what gets updated, and whoever kept it always lands on the right version.
What is the difference between Presence and Business?
What we do for you
Who does the work. Presence, €50 a year, gives you the page and you run it: you enter, you correct, you publish. Business, €200 a year, does that work for you and keeps doing it afterwards: your texts written and proofread, your photos integrated, 5 languages translated for you instead of 3 that you write yourself, your Google rating refreshed every month instead of twice a year, and your domain name on your page. The difference is not counted in features, it is counted in hours of your time.
Who writes my texts?
What we do for you
You, or we do. With the Presence plan, €50 a year, you enter your services, your opening hours and your photos, and you change them whenever you want. With the Business plan, €200 a year, we do. To gather your information, we open an address for you to fill in with your thumb from your phone, in any order, in several sittings, with no password: you send what you have, even in bulk. And we proofread your texts before you have anything printed.
Not all my customers speak French.
What we do for you
Your card reads in 2 languages from the free card onwards, main language included. Presence covers 3, which you write. Business covers 5, written and translated by us in the context of your profession: a colour in hairdressing and a colour in painting are not translated with the same word. The visitor switches language on the card, and your already published languages stay yours even if you change plan.
I do not have nice photos. Do you take them?
What we do for you
We do not come to photograph, and we do not fabricate images of services that do not exist. With the Business plan, €200 a year, we integrate the ones you send us and we tell you which ones hold up. Three sharp photos taken on a phone in daylight are worth more than twenty blurry images: start with your most recent work.
Can my customers book online?
What my page can do
A restaurant, yes, with the Business plan, €200 a year: the visitor chooses their service, the number of people and their time slot. The connection is set up with us, it does not configure itself. For a beauty salon, a practice or a hair salon, booking by service is not open yet. In the meantime, the button on your page opens the booking tool you already use, and your customers see no difference.
Can people pay me from my page?
What my page can do
Not yet. The day it becomes possible, the money will not go through Bizleen: the relationship will stay direct between your customer and you. Today, a request received is a request, never a deposit.
Can I connect my own domain name?
What my page can do
Yes, with the Business plan, €200 a year. You connect a subdomain of yours, for example card.your-site.com: your bare domain name on its own, with nothing in front, is not possible, and that is a rule of internet addresses, not a limit on our side. You add two lines where you bought your name, we do the rest, security included, and there is no server to run on your side. Expect a short delay between the two steps, that is normal.
Do you guarantee I will rank higher on Google?
What my page can do
No, and nobody honest guarantees it. What we do: a fast page, structured and readable on a phone, your information where Google goes looking for it, and from the Presence plan onwards, €50 a year, your review rating displayed on your page. What we do not do: promise a position, a number of visits or a date.
Do my Google reviews update on their own?
What my page can do
Your rating and your reviews come from your Google listing, we never rewrite them. They are refreshed twice a year with Presence and every month with Business. The refresh is triggered when someone opens your page: the first visitor after the deadline still sees the old rating, the next one sees the new one.
Can I have cards for my employees?
What my page can do
Yes, up to 20 team member cards, included from Presence onwards, and the same number with Business: what separates the two plans is the work we take on, never a card counter. The business’s own card does not count towards the 20.
Does my data belong to me?
My data
Yes, and you can take it with you whenever you want. A button in your account downloads your data as a single file: your account, your cards, your content, your visit figures. Deleting your account erases it for good, with no copy sleeping somewhere. We sell no data and we display no advertising.
Do you know who scanned my card?
My data
No. Your statistics count openings and say where they come from: your printed QR code, your email signature, a share. They carry no name, no number, no email address. So we cannot tell you who opened your card, we do not notify you when someone opens it, and you will not follow up with anyone from those figures. If the person needs to get back to you, they do it themselves: your number, your email address, or the contact form on your page if you have one. The detail of what we measure is written in our privacy policy.
The first step is simple
A business to share.
A card to start with.
Publishing remains an explicit decision, after you confirm your email address.
